Our data comes from a variety of sources, including:
- The U.S. Supreme Court
- The Supreme Court Database
- The Oyez Project
- The Library of Congress (U.S. Reports Collection)
as well as some defunct sites that we archived portions of before they disappeared, such as:
- The Curiae Project at Yale Law School
From those data sources, we build our own tables, cross-check the data, look for discrepancies, and then build an assortment of pages:
